Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from counselling for older people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care and care at home. As the largest public Spitex in the Dielsdorf district, we provide ambulatory services for our nine contract municipalities. With our comprehensive range of care services, we enable people to stay in their usual home for as long as possible despite health restrictions. In the future, it is planned to establish a night spitex.
Tasks: • Primary care, treatment care and support in simple to stable complex situations of our clients • Implementation of domestic work for clients • Performance measurement and history documentation • Drug management Requirements • Completion of compulsory schooling • Good knowledge of German (minor level B2) • Careful and accurate working methods • Responsibility and reliability • Good organisational capacity • Team and communication skills, good manners and a sense of contact • Empathy and helpfulness • A sense of cleanliness and order We offer: With us you will work with people who work in a wide variety of professions, which makes everyday life really exciting.
