The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations.

- Ensuring the operation of networked systems and supporting the use and administration of network infrastructure First IT Support (Helpdesk)

Main responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of ICT user terminals such as PCs, laptops, tablets and peripherals (e.g. printers)
- Ensuring the operation of networked systems and supporting the use and administration of network infrastructure First IT Support (Helpdesk)
- Implementation of updates, maintenance of hardware and software, participation in IT orders and inventory maintenance
- Support for projects in IT operations, participation in teams, participation in IT security measures and protection against key threats (e.g. viruses, malware) Requirements
- Completion of compulsory schooling (at least secondary school, real or equivalent)
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1)
- Good performance in mathematics and natural sciences; English skills are beneficial
- Interest in computer science, technology and digital systems
- Logically abstract thinking, systematic and exact working methods
- Team and communication skills, pleasure in contact with people, service awareness
