More than 200 adults with disabilities live in the EPI WohnWerk – and you can accompany them in their everyday life. Here no day is like the other: exciting, sometimes challenging, but always varied.
The Multifaceted Day
- You work permanently in a residential group and support the residents in everything they need – from personal care to free time.
- You learn medical tasks: directing medications, controlling vital signs, administering tube food, taking blood.
- You also get involved in organization and logistics – e.g. when ordering food or materials.
- You plan and design leisure activities.
- Your trainee accompanies you step by step.
Their diverse talents
- A degree Sek A, Sek B or 10. School year (at least 16 years old at start).
- The pleasure of working with people with disabilities – you have sniffed the best.
- Team spirit, responsibility, empathy and desire to work practically.
- Openness to irregular working hours.
3-year training as a specialist / health specialist EFZ (possible with professional qualification). Learning workshops with other learners. Internships in various areas of the Epilepsy Foundation. 5 weeks of vacation. Discounts in the EPI Park Restaurant, the pharmacy and the public transport subscription.
