Basic training in the retail trade focuses on activity in the sales business. Aspiring retail professionals learn to advise customers professionally. This means that they know the range, provide information and can advise customers. A special variety offers individual customer orders, such as a special birthday cake or a rich aperitif. The training lasts 3 years. The additional training for the DHF for retail assistants lasts 2 years. Next possible start of teaching: August 2026.
