• With us, you work for both an insurer and a broker. So you get to know the whole world of private insurance.
• You are in contact with customers and other companies, compare policies, prepare offers and contracts and process claims reports
• You attend vocational school once or twice a week and take intercompany courses with learners from other insurers. There you will learn everything important about the industry.
• You put your theoretical knowledge directly into practice and learn to move too safely in a networked and digital working world.
• Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be personally accompanied by experienced trainers.
• You can do the apprenticeship with BMS, but you don’t have to.
• You are interested in insurance.
• You visit the Sek A in the canton of Zurich or an equivalent school in another canton, have good grades and fun with numbers.
• You work carefully and reliably, express yourself well and approach people openly.
• You are a team player, want to learn as much as possible and make a difference.
• Regular development discussions and individual support
• Costs for school supplies and a contribution of CHF1'300 to your school laptop
