Tasks

• You are responsible for 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the Incident process (Jira) with focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-sectoral topics
• You support the SAP basic team in system monitoring (monitoring), SAP user management as well as other operational tasks
• You start, browse and update documentation to ensure the know-how transfer
• You coordinate the cooperation with internal claim groups as well as external partners and service providers requirements
• You have a completed
