• You will lead the development and implementation of new functions for applications and ensure the support and optimization of existing and new corporate customer applications.
• You will analyze faults and errors in our applications and coordinate the solution finding with internal and external partners.
• You will technically support the specialist departments, conduct training courses and drive continuous quality improvement.
• You create and analyze reports on our applications in order to initiate data-based optimizations and further developments.
• You coordinate idea management and implement promising innovation and digitalization projects.
• Completed studies or further education in business informatics, business administration or a related field or shortly before graduation
• Experience in operation, support, further development of applications and project management, ideally in the financial services environment
• Enthusiasm for IT topics, knowledge of IT service management and pronounced customer orientation
• Rapid problem identification, root cause analysis and pragmatic solution finding with internal and external partners
• Enjoying a dynamic, service-oriented environment, structured working methods, even in hectic times
