• Responsibility for smooth operation incl. Disruption analysis and troubleshooting (RCA, problem management) as well as proactive information from stakeholders (end-to-end)
• orchestration of internal and external partners as well as coordination of the continuous development of applications
• review of architectural policies and ensuring the implementation and maintenance of test environments and user management
