- You will support the establishment, establishment and further development of the organizational and financial structures of the NCCR.
- You set up cost centers in the existing databases (SNSF portal, SAP) and maintain them on an ongoing basis.
- Together with the management, you create the NCCR budget and take over its ongoing adjustment and monitoring.
- You prepare the annual financial reports for the SNSF.
- The exchange and communication with the donors (SNSF, UZH and UNIL) are also part of your responsibility.
- In addition, you check invoices and take over the collection and management of invoices and receipts.
- You ensure a smooth flow of information between the NCCR administration, funders and researchers.
- Procedural questions within the participating institutions are clarified independently and solution-oriented.
- As a central contact person, you take on an important interface function to internal and external bodies.
