• 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and macOS
• Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint, Intune, etc.)
• Contact point for IT inquiries via hotline and ticket system
• Maintenance and maintenance of software and peripherals
• Management of authorizations, procurements and licenses incl. Documentation
• Participation in projects and assumption of small sub-projects
• Support and support of our multimedia and AV facilities on the VSF campus
• Close cooperation with central computer science and various departments Requirements
• Completed computer science training
• Several years of experience in IT support and system administration
• Very good knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365
• Deep experience with Power Automate and SharePoint Online
