Tasks

• Development and consistent implementation of a competitive range strategy in the field of gardening technology
• Active control of the range portfolio in terms of innovation, economic efficiency, seasonal planning and customer relevance
• Management of supplier partnerships in Germany and abroad as well as negotiations of conditions with a focus on availability, quality and differentiation
• Responsibility for the operational and strategic implementation of projects and product range initiatives across different interfaces
• Management and further development of the four-member team

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration or marketing (Uni/FH) or basic commercial education with appropriate training in marketing as well as profound professional experience in the area of non-food management and/or procurement
• Committed, innovative and market-oriented personality with analytical flair, strong negotiating competence and assertiveness
• Leadership person with passion for team management and the ability to proceed in a structured and sovereign manner even in demanding and complex projects

A Quality of tasks and a trend-oriented, entrepreneurial personality with a pioneering spirit - Stylish German knowledge in word and writing as well as good knowledge of French and English
