As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our pension foundations at our headquarters at Paradeplatz in Zurich.

• Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders around occupational pensions.
• You take responsibility for customer concerns and accompany them from the first request to the successful solution or coordinated handover to the responsible departments.
• You independently process inquiries from insured persons, employers, brokers and internal stakeholders and ensure understandable, service-oriented communication.
• You bring ideas to optimize our services and processes and actively contribute to the development and development of our customer service.
• You can expect a varied area of responsibility with a lot of customer contact, personal responsibility and the opportunity to shape the service quality of our foundation administration sustainably.
• Well-founded experience in occupational provision, ideally in the environment of collective foundations
• Professional training such as the specialty card social insurance or specialist personnel provision of advantage
• Enjoyment of customer support as well as interest in complex pension and insurance topics
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French and/or English are advantageous
