Your responsibilities
Self-responsible management and support of a large customer portfolio, from the phase after the test period to the extension of the contract.

Self-responsible management and support of a large customer portfolio, from the phase after the test period to the extension of the contract.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts to manage expectations, overall satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Continuous analysis of customer needs to optimize their experience and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
Actively promote organic growth in your segment to maximize account potential and business value.
Proactive exchange with customers who stand out during health checks, as well as monitoring key indicators to proactively prevent migration (churn).
Contract negotiations, account reviews and contract extension or termination processes.
Cross-functional collaboration with our acquisition, product, operations and support teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Share valuable feedback based on customer insights with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings and processes. What you bring
2+ years of professional experience in client success, account management or in a similar position with customer contact.
