Main responsibilities

- contributing to, leading and developing research projects;
- publishing research in academic journals and presenting your work at conferences;
- contributing to the preparation of expert reports and commissioned research studies;
- teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.
- Your research agenda will also be supported, in particular development of a Habilitation project. Anforderungen: a first-class master's degree in law, ideally from a Swiss university; a distinguished doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent);
- excellent written and spoken German and English;
- the ability to work independently, efficiently and with attention to detail; a strong interest in information and communications law;
- enthusiasm for teamwork in new research topics and complex legal questions;
- an interest in interdisciplinary research and collaboration.
