• In addition to conducting criminal investigations in the area of the StGB and secondary criminal law, the tasks are the management of a department of the public prosecutor's office Winterthur / Unterland. They organize and lead the department in technical and personnel terms (secretariat, assistant prosecutors, auditors). They ensure a balanced case load and the regular exchange of information in the department. The committed participation in projects and working groups also attracts you. In your function as a prosecutor, you continue to provide piquetting services and represent your cases in the cantonal courts. A competent secretariat is at your side. As head of the department of Abt. B, you are also a member of the “Raser Group” of the public prosecutor’s office Winterthur/Unterland in the sense of a specialization. Raser offenses, which you also direct. Requirements Profile You have practical court experience as well as several years of experience in handling criminal cases, preferably as a prosecutor. Your very good knowledge of criminal and criminal procedure law will put you into practice. They conduct investigations systematically and efficiently. In formal terms, you can be selected as a prosecutor according to the Zurich Court Organization Act. Ideally, you will have a lawyer’s patent, have completed the CAS Forensics course and will have leadership experience.
