- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in power protection, service operations, engineering, testing, technical training, or related electrical/electronic disciplines
- Experience in delivering technical training, knowledge transfer, or customer support activities is highly valued
- Hands-on experience with critical power equipment and systems is considered an advantage
- Additional education, certification, or practical experience in adult learning and training methodologies is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation, training materials, and learning content
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a self-motivated and innovative approach to adult learning and knowledge sharing
- Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
