As a recognized antitrust expert, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of VF’s antitrust compliance program framework across EMEA, and act as a key advisor to legal and business stakeholders on competition law risks arising from wholesale and distribution activities.

Main responsibilities

- Serve as the go-to expert on competition law for EMEA wholesale and distribution activities.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate antitrust risks arising from:
- Distribution models (selective, exclusive, hybrid)
- Pricing practices, discount policies, and commercial strategies
- Interactions with wholesalers, retailers, and competitors
- Provide practical, business-oriented advice to legal and commercial teams on complex competition law matters.
- Design and deliver targeted antitrust trainings (live and online), tailored to business realities.
- Lead or support internal investigations, dawn raid preparedness, and incident response.
Key requirements
- Law degree (European or U.S.).
- Significant experience advising on distribution, wholesale, and commercial practices from a competition law perspective.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
