Role overview

Tasks

  • They actively accompany the residents in their living, everyday and leisure activities
  • They support individual, targeted and resource-oriented care and support and participate in their implementation
  • You are involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogic development process and are actively involved
  • They maintain contact with relatives and external reference persons
  • They exchange ideas interdisciplinary with the team as well as internal specialist and interfaces Requirements
  • You have a recognised vocational qualification EFZ (at least three years old) or a secondary education qualification
  • You have an internship or professional experience in the socio-educational field
  • Ideally, you have already passed the admission procedure
  • You are a team-oriented personality with high social skills
  • You reflect on your actions and, together with people with impairments and disabilities, shape their living environment with commitment We offer:
