Their tasks shall include
- Counselling and support of patients with mental illness and their relatives
- Creating social history and treatment plans together with patients
- Independent assessment and assessment of difficult social problems
- Completion of demanding administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with institutions, advisory bodies and authorities
- Organization and implementation of coaching discussions with and for patients looking for a follow-up solution in the area of living
- Support and promotion of patients in social and professional integration with the aim of regaining their independence in everyday life
- Active participation and further development of clinical social work
