Für ein langfristiges und technologisch anspruchsvolles Transformationsprogramm suchen wir für unseren Kunden aus Bern mehrere erfahrene Senior Workplace, VDI & Application Lifecycle Engineer.
Du möchtest moderne Workplace-Lösungen aktiv weiterentwickeln und dafür sorgen, dass Endanwender jederzeit über stabile, sichere und leistungsfähige Arbeitsumgebungen verfügen? Ob Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Client Engineering oder Application Lifecycle Management: In diesem Projekt benötigen wir sie alle.
Je nach Erfahrung bringst Du Deinen Schwerpunkt entweder im Bereich VDI und virtuelle Arbeitsplatzlösungen , Client- und Endpoint Engineering oder Application Lifecycle Management und Software Packaging ein. Gemeinsam wird dafür gesorgt, dass moderne Arbeitsplatzlösungen zuverlässig betrieben, kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und effizient bereitgestellt werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von modernen Workplace-, Client- und VDI-Lösungen
- Betrieb und Lifecycle Management von virtuellen Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Client-Plattformen
- Paketierung, Bereitstellung und Aktualisierung von Anwendungen sowie Unterstützung eines standardisierten Software Deployments
- Planung, Durchführung und Automatisierung von Funktions-, Integrations-, Kompatibilitäts-, Performance- und Security-Tests
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs durch Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Patch- und Release-Management
- Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebs-, System- und Konfigurationsdokumentationen sowie Verwaltung von Softwarekatalogen
- Bewertung neuer Software-Versionen sowie Koordination von Releases und Lifecycle-Aktivitäten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur-, Engineering- und Betriebsteams zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Workplace Services
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Workplace Engineer, Client Engineer, VDI Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, Application Lifecycle Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Workplace-, Client- oder VDI-Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der Bereiche Endpoint Management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Software Packaging, Software Deployment oder Application Lifecycle Management
- Erfahrung mit Testing, Qualitätssicherung und Automatisierung von Vorteil
- Verständnis für Betriebsprozesse sowie Incident-, Change-, Patch- oder Release-Management
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und technischen Teams
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Einwandfreier Leumund ist zwingend
