Main responsibilities
- Implementation of demanding enterprise projects for national and international customers
- Analysis of existing IT infrastructures and identification of optimization potential
- Development and implementation of modern systems and network architectures-Technical support of sales (expertise, feasibility studies, offers)
- Perform technical analyses in the event of disruptions (2nd level)
- Support and continuous development of customer solutions
- Assumption of standby services (picquet service)

- Application of the latest findings from research and development as well as their testing in practice
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
- Active participation in the further development of our ICT sector Requirements Completed IT vocational training
- Further education at RF, FH or university level (e.g. computer science, business informatics)
- At least 10 years of professional experience in a service-oriented IT environment with external customer self-employed, responsible and communicative personality
- Solution-oriented, analytical and systematic workflow
- Several years of experience with network, security, SaaS, virtualization, UCC and session border controller solutions
- Team-oriented with strong analytical thinking
