- Develop and coach the actuarial team for life insurance

Main responsibilities
- In this position, you will be integrated into an experienced project team right from the start and will have responsibilities to lead projects or workstreams and deliver reliable solutions. How you can make an impact
- Develop and coach the actuarial team for life insurance
- Lead business development activities for the actuarial team in life and health insurance.
- Deliver projects together with other actuaries or in a multidisciplinary team.
- Take responsibilities for workstreams or projects. What to expect
- Directly leading a variety of client projects, such as actuarial transformation projects, M&A transactions, audits or valuations;
- Managing the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing.
- Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients.
- Participating and leading thought leadership;
- All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions Who we are looking for
