For our Fitnesspark, we are looking for active support in the administration/reception area.
You advise and assist our guests at the reception and on the phone
You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash closings
1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable role
Completed basic or further training: In the service sector

You advise and assist our guests at the reception and on the phone

You actively sell our entire range (single entries, memberships, Bodymind consultations, Private SPA, sales items, etc.)
You maintain membership changes in our system, arrange appointments, and book reservations
You are responsible for recording fault reports
1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable role
Completed basic or further training: In the service sector (e.g., tourism, hotel industry)
You possess a customer-oriented way of working with above-average service readiness
You bring high personal initiative, reliability, and a great sense of responsibility You have good IT skills
You have a high degree of flexibility regarding shift planning (7-day shift operation, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts)

1 – 3 years of experience: In a comparable role

High personal initiative, reliability, and sense of responsibility Good IT skills
