Main responsibilities

  • The role combines hands-on MDM operations with data governance coordination and project support, contributing directly to SI Building's data strategy and digital transformation Your new responsibilities -Shape and drive the future of Product Master Data Management across the BU as part of a global transformation journey -Contribute to Product Master Data initiatives and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, product lifecycle processes, and digital solutions -Continuously evolve the global Product Master Data governance framework, defining standards, policies, and best practices that enable consistency, compliance, and operational excellence -Partner with business and IT stakeholders worldwide to define, prioritize, and implement enhancements for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Identification, and Master Data Management processes -Act as a key driver for data quality excellence by establishing governance measures, monitoring data quality performance, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization -Lead global change management activities related to Product Master Data, including feature rollouts, process harmonization, communication campaigns, and stakeholder engagement -Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Product Master Data Management, providing guidance, consulting, and training to global and regional users Your talents and experience -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field -Minimum 3 years’ experience in product data management or related IT or project management fields -Knowledge of SAP MM, SD or Stibo STEP is a plus -Experience with agile development -Experience in global support operations and training delivery -Proven analytical and structuring skills with the ability to quickly understand complex, cross-functional processes -Ability to explain complex data topics to non-technical audiences -High ownership mindset and willingness to step outside comfort zones -Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English is required Employee benefits
