Role overview

The tax office procures the financial resources for the public community and sees itself as a partnership link between the state, the federal government, municipalities, the population and the economy.

For the customer service center department we are looking for a clerk at the Solothurn location as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement, 60% customer service center. Your responsibility

They are the first point of contact for taxpayers at the reception and in the telephone exchange and ensure a friendly and competent information provision.

Key requirements

  • They have successfully completed commercial training.
  • Your working days are preferably Monday and Thursday all day, the remaining days are freely selectable.
