• You are responsible for legal advice for management and specialist areas
• You design, review and negotiate contracts and other agreements
• You create and revise forms and instructions
• You conduct legal investigations and process customer complaints
• You answer court inquiries (bankruptcies, executions, account suspensions, investigations)
• You work in cross-departmental projects
• You take over the legal advice of the Vorsorgestiftung & Freiheitsstiftung Requirements
• Completed law studies (Master of Law / MLaw, Swiss law); Lawyer's patent or additional training is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of contract law, company law, financial market law
• Several years of professional experience in legal
• Negotiable German and English
• French skills are a plus
