Key requirements
- They have legal training.
- They have very good knowledge of German and English;
- Other languages are advantageous.
- They have experience in dealing with the various stakeholders, preferably a university environment, especially with the younger generation (young professionals, researchers and students) and with different cultures.
- They are an intimate personality with pronounced communication skills and an unbiased, positive and respectful basic attitude.
- A training and/or experience in coaching, conflict resolution and/or mediation is advantageous.
- The composition of the ombuds office is based on gender balance and reference to ETH Zurich.
- As an ombudsperson at ETH Zurich, you will become part of a small team of experts who value respect, support and open communication.
