Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in commercial area or comparable professional experience
- Completed basic or further training: in the commercial area
- German (business fluent) English (very good knowledge): other foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high level of service understanding

- Processing the front desk checklist (following up on reservations, checking bookings and payments, maintaining in-house advertising, handling internal and external mail)
- Managing studio reservations and their billing
- Supporting the back office team in daily business
