- Ensuring the stable operation of IT systems, applications and cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS
- Operation, monitoring and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
- Planning, coordination and support of IT projects with regard to deadlines, quality and implementation
- Participation in the introduction and technical development of business applications, for example in the ERP environment
- Responsibility for topics related to cybersecurity, data protection and operational security
