- Training of our legal and commercial employees on the self-developed specialist application as well as further computer science applications and support in the achievement of learning objectives
- Maintaining our extensive knowledge base with leaflets and educational videos, which are tailor-made for the efficient use of internal IT equipment (MS Windows/Office, telephony, hardware)
- Design of training events and workshops with suitable learning media and methods for user groups
- Call for tenders and administration of learning events, planning of external instructors, conducting course statistics Conduct of courses
- Testing of new developments and releases of the specialist application
- Regular cooperation in 1st level support at our service desk Participation in projects Your profile
- Experience in conveying learning content to larger groups with an interest in independently and creatively designing educational offers in the digital age as well as didactically professionally designing them
- Ability to document complex issues in accordance with target groups
