Role overview
As a housekeeper*in at the shopping center Zugerland Steinhausen you are looking for a smooth operation.
You carry out technical checks, perform minor repairs, coordinate external service providers and ensure cleanliness and safety.
In addition, you guide the cleaning staff professionally and personally and represent the Head of Center Services.

- Maintain and enforce the applicable home and business regulations of the shopping center (including safety and disposal concept)
- Maintenance and operation of all communal facilities (inside the mall and outside the shopping centre)
- Professional experience: in house maintenance, facility management or in a comparable area.
- Completed basic or further training: in the artisanal field (e.g. as a specialist/woman operating maintenance EFZ or Household/in with idg. FA)
Main responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce the applicable home and business regulations of the shopping center (including safety and disposal concept)
- Maintenance and operation of all communal facilities (inside the mall and outside the shopping centre)
- Organisation of disposal and management (including allg. Parts Open and close the center
- Professional and personal management of cleaning staff
- Support in the preparation and implementation of promotions and events Re- & enforcement of parking management
- Pikett service for operational disturbances and exceptional situations (according to Pikett regulations)
Key requirements
- Professional experience: in house maintenance, facility management or in a comparable area.
- Completed basic or further training: in the artisanal field (e.g. as a specialist/woman operating maintenance EFZ or Household/in with idg. FA)
- Technical understanding of building and building technology
- Self-employed and reliable working with a high sense of responsibility
- Physical resilience and willingness to take on practical work
