Role overview

As a housekeeper in the Zugerland Steinhausen shopping centre, you ensure smooth operation.

You carry out technical checks, perform minor repairs, coordinate external service providers and ensure cleanliness and safety.

In addition, you lead the cleaning staff professionally and in terms of personnel and represent the Head of Center Services.

Main responsibilities

  • Maintenance and enforcement of the current house and operating regulations of the shopping center (including safety and disposal concept)
  • Maintenance and operation of all common facilities (inside the mall and outside the shopping center)
  • Organisation of disposal and its management (incl. general) Parts Opening and closing the center
  • Professional and personnel management of cleaning staff
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of promotions and events
  • Implementation & enforcement of parking management
  • Pikettdienst for operational disruptions and exceptional situations (according to Pikettre Regulations) Requirements
  • Professional experience: in home maintenance, in facility management or in a comparable field.
  • Completed basic or further training: in the craft sector (e.g., as a person skilled in the art) Housekeeper with Federal FA
  • Technical understanding of building and building technology
