- Communicate directly with Regional HQ (based in Switzerland) in regards to KPI, CRM, Sales, Inventory, and other relevant topics to maximize business operations.
- Identify, recruit and convert new prospects by leveraging digital and physical tools PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Create a positive, collaborative, engaging and high-performing environment for the sales team Inspire a client-centric mindset
- Identify high-potential Sales Ambassadors and develop them for career evolutions within the brand FINANCIAL CONTROL & REPORTING
- Compliance with procedures and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations STORE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS
- Maintain professional and respectful relationships with service suppliers or boutique neighbors. Comply with Group and Brand procedures Oversee store stock EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- Languages: French and English, any additional language would be a plus
