For the Senevita Casa Zug in the region Ägerital and Menzingen we are looking for a dipl immediately or by appointment. Care specialist 50-100% with or without case management

Your tasks

• With our customers, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care.
• You play a key role in ensuring that our customers enjoy first-class and individual care at home.
• You advise and accompany our customers and their relatives, based on their individual needs.
• You carry out needs assessments with RAI-HC at the customer.
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
• Promoting the independence and quality of life of customers in the home environment
• You will carry out comprehensive nursing history and assessments.
• You direct the subordinate employees with regard to nursing measures.
• You take on administrative tasks in the context of case management.

You bring that with you

• You are a qualified nurse (HF, FH, AKP, DN II).
• You have the InterRai HC course or are ready to complete it.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in long-term care or in the Spitex area
• Independent, structured and efficient work distinguishes you.
• You are resilient and flexible.
• You have a category B ticket and ideally have your own car.
