- Providing friendly and courteous advice to our customers
- Managing store staff in the absence of the store manager
- Ensuring an appealing product presentation in line with the concept
- Ensuring product range orders and product availability
- Proper handling of fresh products (fruit, vegetables, etc.)
- Operating the cash register
- Active involvement in the integrated postal agency
- Handling various administrative tasks
This is the profile we are looking for
- Completed vocational training in retail with an EFZ or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
- Enjoyment of active customer interaction
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally provide support at other sales locations
- Independent and reliable way of working
- High social and professional competence
