Examination, processing and approval of credit applications in retail banking
Carrying out credit checks and assessing creditworthiness in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements
Telephone and written contact with new and existing customers during the entire credit process
Processing of contract mutations and administrative concerns around existing credit agreements
Ensuring structured and efficient case handling in day-to-day business
Participation in the optimization and further development of our processes Prerequisites that you bring with you
Commercial education or equivalent qualification completed
Professional experience in a structured and rule-based industry, ideally in finance, consumer credit or credit checking
