Development and further development of lean concepts for the electronic manufacturing sectors and ensuring their sustainable implementation
Planning and implementation of optimization measures in close cooperation with the participating specialist areas

- Development and further development of lean concepts for the electronic manufacturing sectors and ensuring their sustainable implementation
Application process
- Mediation of lean methods and active support of the specialist areas in their practical application
- Participation in the implementation of new processes and ensuring efficient integration in terms of production, logistics and standardization
- Analysis of existing production processes as well as identification and realization of optimization potential
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces and support for cross-cutting improvement initiatives
- Ensuring and further developing efficient production processes with a focus on productivity, quality and process stability WHAT YOU SHOULD INVOLVE
- Completed technical training and further education in Lean Management, for example as a Lean Green Belt or with a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable practical experience in lean management as well as in-depth knowledge of lean methodology and 5S
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1)
