- Responsible for the development and implementation of the training strategy of the Diabetes Care division within Austria and Switzerland
- Alignment of the training strategy within the commercial leadership team as well as the EMEA training organization
- Identification of training needs across the commercial organisation
- Development of training curricula depending on training needs identified using state of the art adult training methodologies and systems
- of virtual as well as face to face trainings
- Conducting training sessions, virtual as well as face to face, taking into account both knowledge levels and language capabilities of trainees
- Conducting regular knowledge checks including implementation of feedback loops on the trainings delivered Qualification:
- Proven track record in adult education within a commercial organization
