Back Chief gardener for the parking area of a castle Permanent employment / Train For our client in Cham ZG, we are looking for an experienced chief gardener (80 to 100%) for a unique historic castle park in a central location on Lake Zug. In this responsible key position, you are actively involved in the further development of a unique parking project that combines tradition and future in a special way. Your tasks include the care, maintenance and continuous development of the entire park as well as the care of fruit and vegetable cultivation. In addition, you take over maintenance, maintenance and cleaning work on machines, equipment and buildings. Together with a small team of experienced gardeners, you ensure that the complex remains in a representative and well-kept condition all year round.
What you should bring
- Professional experience as an EFZ gardener, upper gardener/FA or comparable qualifications
- Initiative, organisational capacity, team leadership skills
- Interest in the circular economy, curiosity for ecological parking, sustainability and biodiversity
- Eye for Aesthetics and Details
- Structured working methods and experienced handling of MS-Office programs
- Long-term employment
- Category B driving licence
- Flowing knowledge of German
