Role overview

Responsibilities - Customer service and information center are your responsibility.

• You are also responsible for the cash register.

• Thanks to your overview, money, mail and delivery note cycles are ensured.

• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.

• With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our demanding clientele.

Requirements - You have vocational training in the retail trade or as a commercial clerk.

• Experience in administrative areas and cash management distinguishes you.

• Your German language skills are very good - both written and spoken.

• Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) are a matter of course for you in sales.

• You describe yourself as an independent, resilient and committed personality.
