- Fitness Instructor: Several years of professional experience
- Completed basic or further education: Training as a fitness instructor (eidgenössischer Abschluss oder gleich) with valid BLS/AED ID
Main responsibilities
- You support and accompany our customers throughout the entire training process, you start training plans and motivate our customers as an excellent service provider
- You support the management in ensuring the personnel and operational processes
- You ensure the cleanliness and hygiene within the studio
- You actively acquire future customers, you enter into contracts and take over various administrative work
- You implement the company strategy and represent the company against inside and outside
Key requirements
- Fitness Instructor: Several years of professional experience
- Completed basic or further education: Training as a fitness instructor (eidgenössischer Abschluss oder gleich) with valid BLS/AED ID
- You have a sales-like flair as well as a high service and consulting competence
- You are flexible and like to work in the evenings as well as on weekends and holidays
- You have an above-average understanding of service and have a winning personality
