For our Biel General Medical Office we are looking for one or two F/D Medical Assistant(s) (1x100% or 2x50%-60%) This position requires versatility because you will be active in our General Medical Office and our Directorate-in-Clinic which is an emergency medical office with consultations with and/or without appointments.

- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide patient reception, guidance and support with professionalism and benevolence.

Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide patient reception, guidance and support with professionalism and benevolence.
- Manage the telephone hotline, appointment-taking and message processing.
- Perform routine care such as blood taking, injections, infusions and assist physicians in specific medical procedures.
- Perform routine diagnostic examinations: laboratory, ECG, conventional radiology, 24-hour blood pressure measurement, sleep apnea testing, spirometry, etc.
- Provide administrative follow-up of patient records and various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the firm.
- Participate actively in the quality of management and the smooth running of daily medical activities. A medical assistant CFC holder.
- Experience in medical practice, medical centre or outpatient emergency service, an asset.
- Excellent relational skills and a developed sense of hospitality.
- Dynamic, flexible and versatile personality, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
