- As an academic intern/HES, you will actively participate in various HR digital transformation projects, making your active contribution to the digitalization of HR processes through projects with high strategic and organizational impact.
- You will be a true support in conducting digital HR projects and optimizing our systems and data. The missions that await you:
- Project coordination: Active support for the planning, monitoring and management of HR digital transformation projects (tool implementation, process optimization in particular).
- Data analysis: Collect, analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and results achieved.
- Team Support: Provide ongoing operational support for existing HR systems and processes.
- Documentation and continuous improvement: Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Communication and change management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders preparing media (slides, FAQs, internal news...) and ensuring transparency of information.
