Conditions of recruitment ▪ Reliable salaries, professional experiences and attitudes, according to the collective agreement of work for the staff employed in the homes for the elderly and other institutions of the Canton Ticino (CCL ROCA), reserved exceptions for management personnel. ▪ Class 27-29 CCL ROCA: Minimum: CHF 80'321.-- annual (at 100%) - Including thirteenth monthly. Maximum: CHF 109’795.-- yearly (to 100%) - Including thirteenth monthly. â–a In addition to the salary, entitlements are paid, the allowances according to LAFam. Employment rate 80%-100% Flexible time and according to service requirements. Workplace Mendrisio. As soon as possible, date to be agreed. Documents to be produced 1.
