Want to lead a concrete project at the heart of our quality system?

As part of the deployment of SenseIT, Nestlé's digital solution dedicated to the management of sensory assessments, we are looking for an intern able to pilot this project with great autonomy. This solution makes it possible to digitize sensory assessments, facilitate integration with SAP, access real-time information and enhance process compliance.

Your Mission

Within the Quality team of the Fabrique Nescafé in Orbe, you will contribute to the digitisation and continuous improvement of our quality management system. You will work closely with the Quality and Operational Teams and the various stakeholders on the site.

This course is intended for a proactive, structured and responsible person, able to organize his/her work, solicit the right interlocutors and advance his/her subjects with limited supervision. The traineeship is open only to students who are in the course of study or have obtained their diploma less than a year ago.

How you will create impact

• Support the SenseIT project with a high level of autonomy, from understanding the need to deploying the solution.
• Analyze current practices, identify opportunities for improvement and propose simple, efficient and tailored solutions to operational needs.
• Collect, structure and use project information based on documentation, standards and stakeholders.
• Coordinate exchanges with different actors, monitor actions and contribute to the alignment of teams.
• Test solutions, document results, and develop standards, procedures and supports to ensure sustainable use of the tool.
• Support users in adopting the solution and monitor project progress with performance indicators.
• To contribute more widely to digitalisation and continuous improvement of quality processes.

What Will Make Your Success

• You are undergoing advanced training in engineering, continuous improvement, industrial systems or in a similar field or graduated less than a year ago.
• You show great autonomy, curiosity and initiative, and know how to progress in a project even when not all the answers are immediately available.
• You are able to transform a goal into a concrete action plan, define your priorities and carry out several activities in parallel.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and know how to effectively search, structure and synthesize information.
• You are rigorous, organized and attentive to details.
• You can communicate with a variety of people and create a dynamic of collaboration.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and Microsoft Office (including Copilot); Experience in data management, digitization or visualization is an asset.
• You communicate fluently in French
• English is an asset.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement or an industrial environment is an advantage.
