- Total responsibility for the commercial development of Valeda (Photobiomodulation) in Switzerland, including the achievement of defined sales and growth targets.
- Active marketing and sale of innovative medical technology in the Medical Retina area, focusing on the introduction and establishment of Valeda technology in the market
- Higher education or training in the field of medical technology
- Flowing German and French knowledge as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing, Italian is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Total responsibility for the commercial development of Valeda (Photobiomodulation) in Switzerland, including the achievement of defined sales and growth targets.
- Active marketing and sale of innovative medical technology in the Medical Retina area, focusing on the introduction and establishment of Valeda technology in the market
- Establishment, maintenance and development of long-term relationships with ophthalmological specialists, clinics and key opinion leaders, in particular in the area of retina
- Identification and development of new business opportunities and expansion of the customer portfolio, including targeted new customer acquisitions
- Optimization of the use and utilization of already installed equipment, through continuous consulting, training and close cooperation with existing customers
- Planning and implementation of training, product demonstrations, customer visits and specialist events, both for customer development and knowledge transfer
- Independent planning and implementation of sales and market strategies taking into account regional peculiarities (German/French Switzerland)
- Continuous market and competition monitoring and deriving recommendations for action to strengthen market position
Key requirements
- Higher education or training in the field of medical technology
- Flowing German and French knowledge as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing, Italian is an advantage
- Insufficient, multi-year experience in eye surgery or the ability and willingness to work quickly into a new and demanding therapy area.
- Knowledge or experience in Retina are an additional plus
- Safety in dealing with medical, scientific and surgical disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Professional appearance and strong customer orientation as well as great travel readiness
- High commercial skills, relevant expertise and an open minded attitude to work at the highest level
- Excellent sales capabilities and detectable successes in the introduction of new products.

- Work independently, sales-oriented and discover the varied field of tasks with many design possibilities and
- University degree or training in the medical technology field
