Key requirements
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent and recognized by the Cross- Red Switzerland
- as an expert in anaesthesia care required (mandatory condition)
- confirmed experience in ananesthetic service (minimum 3 years)
- community management degree or training deemed equivalent or willingness to undertake
- have a sense of priorities and an ability to manage the unexpected
- relational qualities, meaning of communication and negotiation proactive, dynamic and flexible attitude
- mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language
