Missions

• Your main tasks within our Customer Care team include reception, establishment/processing of offers and bids

• Before ordering, the feasibility of these projects is verified.

• For this, it is necessary to know how to carry out the technical plans of the various projects.

• You are also responsible for ordering furniture, appliances and worktops (seizure, folder assembly, etc.).

• You control and complete order confirmations

• The execution of VAS commands completes this exciting profile.

Your Profile

If your heart beats harder for the area of activity described above and you have the following skills, you are our ideal candidate:

• You like contact with people and are motivated to provide the best possible service to our customers.

• You have completed full training in the field of kitchens (sale and/or technical).

• You have at least three years of successful experience in the kitchen sector or in a similar branch.

• Ideally, you already know the "Winner" program or you are motivated to become familiar with this software.

• For this profession, it is important to have a sense of creativity and to love decoration.

• Similarly, you master and know how to use common computer tools.

Requirements

• Vous aimez le contact avec les gens et êtes motivé(e) pour fournir le meilleur service possible à nos clients.
