Team Leader Stock — Audemars Piguet

Full description

Under the responsibility of the Stock Manager, you ensure the coordination and smooth running of inventory management operations, while ensuring timely, quality, safety and cost. You support teams on a daily basis and actively contribute to improved performance and process reliability.

In this context, your activities are

• Organize and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team by allocating the different operations: reception, stocking, pick-up, reconditioning, control, inventories, etc.
• Ensure continuity and compliance of operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and reliability of incoming and outgoing flows
• Piloting the performance of the activity through the monitoring of KPIs, the analysis of gaps and the implementation of actions for improvement and operational excellence
• Provide guidance and support to the team, promoting skill development, clear instructions and safety compliance
• Ensure the link between the team and the Stock Manager, carry out regular reporting and actively contribute to the reorganization and continuous improvement of the service
• You benefit from experience in team management and/or inventory management, logistics or in a similar operating environment
• You are recognized for your organization and your ability to manage priorities
• You show leadership and good relationship
• You are rigorous, solutions oriented and appreciate teamwork
• You speak fluently French and English is a plus
