- You work on projects and involve your team in the continuous improvement of work processes
- You represent the team in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
- You are an active part of the management team and support the Manager After Sales Returns International in achieving the Departmental goals
Key requirements
- Several years: Leading teams with more than ten employees
- Completed basic or further training: administrative/logistics/supply chain/employee management
- You have successfully completed training and experience in leading a team
